Project Superintendent

Successful Dallas-based heavy/highway contractor seeks candidate to provide drive and leadership to projects ranging in size from $1 million to $80 million. Successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years in civil highway construction, preferably TXDOT projects, and be knowledgeable in the methods and techniques of heavy/civil concrete construction. This individual should be fluent in Microsoft office and its components, able to demonstrate competence with laptop, mobile and tablet devices, as well as their technologies, and be familiar with Apple products. Superior communication skills are essential. Maintaining a positive relationship with the owner, while simultaneously driving profitability, safety, and schedule is required. Familiarity with HeavyJob is beneficial, but not mandatory. Position will require coordination, scheduling, and tracking of subcontractors, vendors, DigTESS, craft crews, third party utilities, quality testing firms, trucking firms, and others. This is a salaried position and includes a salary commensurate with experience, plus a full range of benefits and profit-sharing program.
